If you are concerned about this, please let us know ahead of time. This will allow us to work within your budget to prioritize key goals that can make a big difference to your overall home.
Are there things I can do to prepare ahead of your arrival?
Yes, in order to make the best use of our time, there are several things you can do before our visits. Specifically if you are able to clear off your counters and surfaces, pick things off the floors so we can mop and vacuum, and in general tidying up any clutter will allow us to focus on cleaning and sanitizing your home.
How much does this cost?
We tailor our cost to each home, depending on the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and overall square footage. Call or email us right now and we will be happy to provide you with a clear estimate.
Who provides the cleaning products?
We provide all of the cleaning products, meaning it’s one less thing for you to keep track of or worry about!
Are the cleaning products safe for my home and family?
Yes, at Oshawa Home Cleaning, we use products that are safe to use in your home. Whenever possible, we can also use gently scented and/or eco-friendly cleaning products, at your request.
How long will the cleaning service take?
The duration of the cleaning service will depend on the size of your home, the scope of work, and the number of cleaners assigned to the job. During the consultation, we can provide you with an estimated timeframe for the service. Most homes take approximately 1-2 hours for an ongoing clean and 2-3 hours for an initial or deep clean.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning service?
It is not necessary for you to be home during the cleaning service. Many of our clients prefer to provide us with access to their homes while they are at work or running errands. We ensure the security and confidentiality of your home during our cleaning visits.
Can I request additional cleaning tasks not included in the cleaning plan?
Yes, you can request additional cleaning tasks that are not included in the initial cleaning plan. We are happy to accommodate your specific needs and preferences. Additional tasks may incur an additional cost, which will be discussed and agreed upon before the service.
